If any product you have purchased has any manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. It is necessary that you arrange and send us a photograph showing us the defect so that we can provide a new product for you.
If you are in the city of São Paulo we will pick up the product at your house, if you are far away, I will ask you to resend the product which will have postage paid by us. As soon as we have the product in hand and we find out the defect, we will send you an identical one at no additional cost. If somehow the item cannot be replaced, rest assured that we will refund the value of your purchase.
Transport
We ship your purchase with prompt delivery through the POST post system (PAC or SEDEX) within 3 working days after proof of payment. For products that are produced to order, postage may be a little longer, around 15 days after proof of payment.
