If any product you have purchased has any manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. It is necessary that you arrange and send us a photograph showing us the defect so that we can provide a new product for you.
If you are in the city of São Paulo we will pick up the product at your house, if you are far away, I will ask you to resend the product which will have postage paid by us.
